SMART CLASSROOM

RJMCC houses two Smart Seminar Halls Cum Classrooms with 200 mbs internet facility and Smart TVs. These facilities are convenient for Virtual Seminars, Scientific and academic Presentations and online sessions by experts from industry and eminent educational institutions. Faculty members are also making use of the smart Classrooms for their teaching sessions as per the curriculum requirements and special interactive classes, webinars etc. They are effectively used for both online and offline Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and training sessions for teaching and non teaching staff.

Department of Biochemistry is having its spacious and well ventilated Laboratories for UG and PG Biochemistry programs.

PG lab is equipped with Western Blotting apparatus, Labman UV Spectrometer, SPAN Cooling Centrifuge, Electrophoretic apparatus with power packs, Binocular Microscope, incubator, molecular biology kits, immuno assay kits and Distilled water plant. It is well equipped lab for experimental research works. Research works on Experimental neurosciece, Nanoparticles and Phytochemicals are going on presently.

UG lab is housed with Systronics Spectrometer, Chromatography apparatus, Colorimeters, vortex apparatus, Distilled water plant, Light Microscopes, Laminar Chamber, incubator, water quality analysing kits, other needful chemicals and instruments required for all the practical sessions for the students.

Rev. Jacob Memorial Christian College (RJMCC) was founded in the year 1997-98 by late Padmabhushan. Dr. Jacob Cherian under the aegis of the Christian Education Health and Development Society (CEHD), at Amblikkai, Dindigul, Tamilnadu.
