RJMCC has formulated a Centre for Women Empowerment to understand and facilitate the need of women empowerment. Women’s empowerment is the process in which women elaborate and recreate what it is that they can be do, and accomplish in a circumstance that they previously were denied. The main aim of this centre is to empower and orient women to recognize their true potential towards sustenance.

To cater the aims, the following objectives:

• To empower women to attain emotional, physical and mental upliftment to confront the changing phase of life.
• To conduct seminars, workshops to inform about opportunities and tools available for their livelihood.
• To develop self confidence in women.
• To teach the importance of health and hygiene.

All women community in this college are members of this centre. Dr. T. Santhi, Dept. of Tamil is the Advisor for the Centre. Dr. K. Chithra, Asst. Prof, Dept. of Business Administration is the Convener to the Centre.
